 A strapping machine (packer) is a machine that wraps a product or package with a strap, then tightens and fuses both ends by thermal effects or using a material such as a buckle. The function of the strapping machine (packing machine) is to make the plastic belt adhere to the surface of the bundled package, to ensure that the package is not scattered during transportation and storage, and should be bundled neatly and beautifully.

1. Retract the tension: a collet rises to clamp the plastic head, the belt reversing belt is reversed, the excess plastic belt is returned to the storage box, and the bundle is tightened. Subsequently, the robot grips the plastic strip and tightens the package to the tightness.

2. Cutting tape bonding: the guiding plate is withdrawn from the middle of the two layers of plastic tape, and at the same time, the electric ironing head is synchronously inserted between the two layers of tape, and then the second chuck is raised to clamp the other end of the plastic tape, the cutter cuts the tape, and pushes the leader The hot head is in contact with it, melted by heat (surface), and then the electric ironing head is quickly withdrawn. The cutter continues to rise. The two layers of plastic tape with the surface melted are pressed against the bearing plate, and cooled and solidified. The two belts are bonded (YKM-WY The machine does not have a hot head, and the friction is activated to complete the bonding).

3. Unpacking: The bearing plate is withdrawn from the bundled plastic band, and each collet is reset to complete the bundling.

4. Feeding belt: The belt pulley rotates forward and the plastic belt is fed into the track by the storage box, ready for the next bundle.

5. Uninstall. The above is the process of single-bundling. When the machine is in the interlocking state, after the feeding is completed, the retracting tensioning program is directly entered, and the cycle is continuously performed according to the above procedure.

The packaged object is basically in the middle of the carton binding machine.
